As the temperature creeps into the 90s this afternoon in North Dakota, I feel myself longing for the alpine air of last week. My motivation seems inversely proportional to the temperature. Fortunately, we are leaving tomorrow for the Black Hills of South Dakota. The 3000 feet of elevation gain should help with the heat and my mood.
I took this photograph last week near Two Medicine Lake, Glacier National Park, Montana. I used a Nikon Z5 camera using a NIKKOR Z 24-70mm ƒ/2.8 S lens (1/400 secs at ƒ/4.5, ISO 100, 24mm). I edited and cropped the image in Adobe Lightroom.
