In the last 3 months, we have bought a new house and I have a new job teaching– leaving much less time for photography. But hopefully as I get used to the new job, I will have more time for writing and photography. After only taking 80 photographs the whole month of August, my weekly picture count is steadily increasing and I have started hosting photo walks around Fort Wayne. Now to find somewhere to shoot indoors…
I took this photograph this fall while walking around with a meetup photography group just after dark in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I used a Nikon Z5 camera using a NIKKOR Z 24-70mm ƒ/2.8 S lens (5 secs at ƒ/11, ISO 100, 29mm). I didn’t have a tripod with me, so I just set it on the concrete railing by the road and used the 2 second timer. I edited and cropped the image in Adobe Lightroom.
