Wild Horses

A warm day without rain. We drove through Theodore Roosevelt National Park this afternoon to see what we could see. There was a line of a dozen cars to get in, but not very busy once in the park. We saw a bison and two herds of wild horses.

I took this photograph today in the South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park near Medora, North Dakota. I used a Nikon Z5 camera using a NIKKOR Z 100-400mm ƒ/4.5-5.6 VR S lens (1/2000 sec at ƒ/5.3, ISO 450, 350mm). I edited and cropped the image in Adobe Lightroom.
